Csillagom Vendégház is a family and child-friendly accommodation, children up to the age of 3 (with the use of a cot) are free of charge.We can provide accommodation with an extra bed on a pull-out sofa bed for the age group 4-17. Please indicate the age of the children when booking.
IFA
The prices include VAT, but do not include IFÁ (tourist tax), which is payable over 18 years of age: HUF 400/person/night according to the unit price.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
1. Recording Booking Data
In the booking menu you can book accommodation directly on our website by submitting the information provided in the booking fields.
If more than 2 people arrive, please note that a rollaway bed is required. For children under 3 years we can prepare a high chair and a folding travel cot. If required, please indicate this when booking.
3. Transfer of Booking Deposit
The reservation It will be valid by transferring a 50% booking deposit. When transferring the deposit, please enter the name, e-mail address and telephone number of the person booking the accommodation, as well as the the term "accommodation reservation". There is a 3 working day from the day of booking to transfer the booking deposit.
2. Confirmation of Booking Data
Booking details will be confirmed by email. THE marked days for up to 3 days (until the arrival of the booking deposit), recorded in the availability calendar. The property can be occupied between 15:00 and 19:00 on arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on departure. In all other cases, they can be modified on these dates by prior arrangement at an additional cost.
4. Finalize the Booking
We will send you an e-mail about the receipt of the deposit and then within 24 hours we will finalize the booking in our guest house's availability calendar. The rest of the accommodation fee must be paid by the time of arrival.
