Guest bed

We can accommodate children between the ages of 4 and 17 with a maximum of 2 adults on a pull-out sofa bed. We can provide wooden cots with adjustable side height for children under the age of three.

The road to the house
The house can be reached by car and on foot; however, it may seem a bit steep. In winter, in case of heavy snow, the road may be difficult to walk on, in which case it is recommended to use snow chains.

 
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the guesthouse! 

WiFi
Free and strong WiFi can be used without limits in the house and in the garden.
 

Garden
The house has a 700 m2 garden, which we take care of and which is available to our guests during the entire stay.  We ask our guests to take care of the integrity of plants and garden furniture. Apples, walnuts, cherries and figs can be freely picked and eaten when they are ripe.
 
Outdoor furniture
In rainy weather, please take the cushions and other equipment belonging to the outdoor furniture to a sheltered place, in the living room, and close and cover the ping-pong table.

Swimming pool
The swimming pool belonging to the house can be used seasonally, it is not heated, but on hot summer days approx. Its temperature is 22-25 degrees. We clean the water regularly. Please use our garden shower before bathing! Everyone uses the pool at their own risk.

Setting fire
Grilling and baking can be done in the designated fire pit, subject to strict compliance with fire safety rules.
 
Parking
You can park safely in front of the house. There is a parking space for two cars inside the plot, in a paved parking lot. 

Handing over and receiving keys 
The keys are placed in an external, coded key storage. The opening code is entered in a response email or by phone.

Closing the house
Please always close the house and shutters when leaving and at night, because unexpected rain and wind storms can cause serious damage. 

Garbage disposal
Household waste is collected selectively. If possible, plastic, paper, and metal waste should be placed in separate containers, and green waste should be placed in the compost bin at the end of the garden.

Drinking water
We carry the state of our environment on our hearts; please use drinking water sparingly!

Pets
We love pets, but we cannot accept them at the moment.

Silence
The guest house is located in a resort area, so it is not possible to make noise, hold parties or events. Our guests and neighbors also want to rest and recharge, to which silence and the preservation of natural order are closely related.

Responsibility
The Guest is financially responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the Guest House or violation of the House Rules. We are not responsible for your personal belongings placed in the guest house. After finalizing the reservation, the rules of the House Rules come into force and are mandatory for all our Guests. In case of a stay longer than three weeks, the rules of the House Rules can be changed based on prior consultation.
In matters not regulated by the House Rules, the Civil Code. relevant legislation shall govern. In disputed matters, the parties stipulate the exclusive jurisdiction of the Municipal Court. Please indicate your possible complaint or comment during your stay here, because only in this case can we take it into account and, if necessary, compensate you. We cannot accept subsequent complaints.
